1/ CC, Suzuki, Dach, Newhook, and Slaf will all score at least 20 goals. Gallagher will come close

2/ Monty will win more games then he loses

3/ By the end of the season Baron will be the odd-man out

4/ Monahan will not be traded, Dvorak will be

5/ The Habs will be within striking distance to a playoff spot til mid-January, before they fall back, ending up 23-26th overall

Don't feel bad, here are mine:

1: Slafkosvky will be a man transformed and end up as a regular in the top 6 and powerplay. CORRECT
2: Newhook AND Dach will score over 50 points WRONG (but both guys were on pace for more than that if not for injuries.)
3: Justin Barron will be a regular on the right side of the defense. (SOMETIMES YES BUT MOSTLY NO)
4: Josh Anderson, Sean Monahan and Joël Armia are traded during the season (Wrong, RIGHT, Wrong)
5: Emil Heinemen will bump Ylonen out of the lineup. (Not even close, I blame Fido!)

I said it before, will say it again.

Losing Dach for the whole season sucked.

But it was a blessing, too.

I am not sure Slaf get all those minutes, 1st line, PP , and all that development if Dach is there. Same for Newhook, when he got back, he had loads more playing time, his line with Armia and Gallagher was sometimes the best one out there.

So those two players really stepped up this year.

Now if Dach can comeback and not get injured.....

Everybody is cleaning the Leafs golf clubs ?

Flyers taking out the goalie at 1-1 in the Washington game trying to make the playoffs when they were already out because détroit had a point in the habs game. Washington scores empty net and flyers pretty much gave playoffs to Washington over détroit or Pittsburg.

That loser point really hurt last night.

Arizona needs to win (or go into OT) for the Habs to drop back to 5th pick.
