it turns out there's one big tendon that runs under your foot. i self diagnosed from where the red spots were in diagrams online. i'm practically a doctor.

ty, friend.

it should go away soon. if not there are 2 interesting surgeries they do for this. one is lengthening your calf muscle (!) and the other is making tiny cuts in the tendon so it can stretch. neither option sounds fun so i'm hoping i have the kind that heals.
