So we saw a great deal of great debate today on who the most improved teams were, now let's see who you all think went backwards...

My picks for the Worst off-seasons...

1. Florida
2. Atlanta
3. LA Kings
4. NY Islanders
5. NJ Devils

Let's hear yours...

This afternoon I updated my blog with words from a source in LA that mirrored those from Rich Hammond's article found here.

http://www.insidesocal.com/kings/2008/09/defense-options.html

I was not at all aware of Rich's story and only wish I had known my source was referencing the column in his email to me. Unfortunately, I was obviously largely offline from around 5pm on, as a very serious family situation kept me from even seeing the error until a few minutes ago. I feel awful and I have had a back and forth with Rich where I apologized for the mishap.

Tomorrow, as long as all stays calm family wise, I am going to actually write a blog comparing NHL2K for the WII and NHL09 on X-box360. One of the more fun blogs for me and I sure will need it.

NHL2k came out today, and NHL09 comes out tomorrow.

But for now, who do you think has had the WORST summer?
