Quick hit...according to sources, and this is very hot tonight...there is a big buzz here of people believing Calgary is clearing cap space and about to acquire Stephen Weiss from Florida.

One source I ran into after the NHL AllStar draft told me "Montreal and Pittsburgh want Weiss and were scrambling a bit this afternoon when word broke Weiss may be headed to Calgary."
