Ryder

There is more trade value then you think here. The Tanguay rumours are out there, but also look to San Jose who once again is talking to Montreal about Marleau I am hearing. The Sharks are very active in the Rumour Mill Today...The Dallas Stars also have inquired regarding Ryder. I give Ryder a 40% chance of being moved at this point, and will add him to the Chart tomorrow.

Sundin

As has been stated continually, the Canucks are the team to look to here and if the Canucks are willing to part with Kesler than these talks will get VERY serious. I would go so far today as to say that I have talked to three source today on this and two have said, "A deal is there to be had."

Hossa

A source told me not to expect Hossa to be really seriously talked about until about "a month from now." The Red Wings, Ducks and the Black Hawks are the leading candidates. Another team that may get into this one is the St. Louis Blues, who have money and need to make the playoffs.

Jagr

Things really are strained in NY these days. With reports everywhere of a split locker room and issues surrounding the various factions Jagr may want out. Although I will not say that Jagr has been anything but a good soldier this season, and is in no way the reason for the room unrest I believe that there is interest in Jaromir from Edmonton and elsewhere.

Raycroft.

A source has told me that San Jose has interest in Raycroft and may make a move at the deadline that would also land a top six forward off of the Leafs roster, "not named Sundin."
