Do you think the threat of bringing Peter Forsberg (back) into Flyerdom will have any effect on Danny Briere?
Would Forsberg represent an insurance policy if Briere never comes off LTI?
Or is the magical center with two bad feet an upgrade at the trade deadline?
Briere held a conference call today to sort out his most recent surgery and talk about other things. I asked him if he was getting on his wife's nerves by now, being at home almost the entire season. He said his wife and him are pretty cool, at home.
Ain't like that in my house! C.B. doesn't like it when I'm around too much ...
Anyway, Briere talked about Forsberg, as well.
“I think [Forsberg] would be a great addition to any team,” Briere said. “To add a player like that would be great..."
