Paul Holmgren wanted to talk about the draft.

But those snarly Flyer beat writers wanted to talk about free agency, trades, the blue line, the goaltending, the Stanley Cup Final, etc.

JayBo is gonna get dealt at the draft. Everyone knows it. Holmgren said so, as well.

So who's it gonna be? Where does the JayBo go?

The Flyers are still hoping to get a shot at him ... Of course, how they are gonna lose salary, is another issue ...

Couple things caught my attention at the presser. One being that Scott Munroe will NOT back-up Ray Emery, even if he is re-signed. Hum? Maybe that opens the door for Robert Esche ...

Also, Holmgren told coach John Stevens he wants this team be skating its pants off next season. "Hunt the puck" every night and every shift, Holmgren said.

Said he told Stevens to go back to the drawing board and come back to him with a new offense that emphasizes "hunt-the-puck" and gets the FLyers moving their skates more.
That was interesting ... I couldn't reach Stevens, but he may be on vacation, too.
