The Flyers now have 2 assistant general managers.

GM Paul Holmgren announced this afternoon that John Paddock was being promoted to asst. GM in charge of the Phantoms, who will move to Glens Falls, NY this season under new ownership.

Barry Hanrahan remains asst. GM responsible for all pro contracts and the salary cap.

Flyer president Peter Luukko told me that the Flyers will pick the new head coach for the Phantoms.
