With Thursday's "official" retirement announcement from Jeremy Roenick, I thought it might be nice to open it up here and have fans post their favorite J.R. moment.

I have mine and so does Ken Hitchcock, who I spoke with for my story on CSNPhilly.com.

HItch says Roenick will be remembered for his overtime goal in Game 6 against Toronto in ’04 that sent the Flyers to the conference championship against Tampa Bay.

“I look at the goal he scored in Toronto,” Hitchcock said. “That overtime goal. No matter where his career was at that time, there wasn’t 10 people in the world who could have scored that goal like he did.”
