Late today, Tollefsen moved to IR w/Boucher ... roster goes from 22 to 21 ...

James van Riemsdyk, Mika Pyorala, Danny Syvret and Ole-Kristian Tollefsen made the roster.

But the bad news is, the club has been unable to reach agreement with center Blair Betts. He is represented by Steve Kotlowitz who is part of Rich Winter's group. It appears it's not about length of contract but about money.

JVR is a Flyer.

The Flyers have not announced it officially, but he told us today after practice he is making the road trip to start the season.

That means, he must be on the roster since it's due 3 p.m. today.

There was no way the FLyers could keep him off it. Just like, I feel this is no way they can keep Mika Pyorala off the roster, as well.

BTW: Randy JOnes practiced with the Flyers, then left early. I wonder if he was finally sent to the Phantoms?
