Would prefer being on the scene back in Philly at trade deadline but we're in Tampa.

Not that we would have any greater access but we'd be closer to the Flyers' war room.

Every indication is that Nashville wants a lot for d-man Dan Hamhuis.

One person told me today that the Flyers are making a mistake by not having a starting goalie going into the playoffs who has won a playoff round.

Boucher took the Flyers far in 2000. Ray Emery can always lend advice to Michael Leighton, as well. I am not worried about this like others. Maybe I am seeing it wrong.

I also think the Flyers need a forward more than a d-man.
