Flyers Playoff Gameday: Game 4 vs. Devils |

MINI-PREVIEW (11:30 AM)
Game four of a playoff series is a perspective changer any time it's a non-sweep scenario. Although it's only one game, there's a huge difference psychologically between leading or trailing three games to one and switching venues tied two games apiece. The Flyers took over much of Game 3 before winning in overtime and they need to continue building on the things they've established.
In particular, the club has done a fine job checking Ilya Kovalchuk's line for most of the series and the team has also been getting offensive contributions from a variety of sources. Sooner or later, the Jeff Carter line needs to get going but if the Flyers can continue playing the way they did on Sunday, they've got a good shot at heading back to New Jersey up 3-1 instead of facing a long series against a revived opponent.
The Flyers are expected to go with the same lineup tonight. Lukas Krajicek and Ryan Parent practiced as the club's third defensive pair and all forward combos are the same.

I enjoyed moderating the in-game chat on Versus.com during the Bruins-Sabres game last night. Last night, the bigger Bruins seemed to wear down Buffalo heading into the third period and the Sabres didn't generate much offensively until it was too late. Today's
Daily Drop looks at the adjustments the Sabres, Canadiens and Canucks face in attempting to tie their respective series at 2-2.
