Will Part 2 of Subban Come Monday? |

Well, there's a lot of Flyer talk in Canada today.
All of it concerns the war of words between the Flyers' Mike Richards and the Canadiens' P.K. Subban.
I don't think it's any accident Richards said this to Team 990 long after the Philly writers left the room. Richards is a smart captain. He wanted to send a message to Subban through the Montreal media in advance of Monday's rematch. It was no accident.
There was a lot of roughhouse play and chit chat on the ice in the third period last night on both sides. Darroll POwe's two questionable hits ignited things. Coach Peter Laviolette said more than once in his presser that he felt his team was "frustrated" and that his players took their frustrations out in a penalty manner.
Frustrated that Carey Price did to them what Sergie Bobrovsky had been doing to a lot of Eastern Conference opponents lately.
One thing I noticed last night was far too many of the Flyers scoring chances came in "stationary" positions instead of them generating offense off movement. The Flyers are much better when they get their feet going, as Chris Pronger often says. When they stand and try to create it doesn't work as well.
And I fully expect to see Brian Boucher in net THUR vs Tampa Bay now that the 10-game point streak is over.
