BOB vs. Ducks; Reese: "He's facing adversity."

ANAHEIM _ Serge Bobrovsky is back in net for the Flyers tonight at The Pond.

I had an interesting chat before last night's game in LA with goalie coach Jeff Reese on BOB. My point to him was how is the club going to manage 3 goalies now in a rotation and not "lose" Bobrovsky.

And how do you mend his psyche after falling from No. 1?

“This is the first time he’s faced adversity this year," goalie coach Jeff Reese said. "He’s going to do this throughout his whole career, so it’s a good test for him.”

When I asked coach Peter Laviolette tonight why BOB tonight vs. the Ducks, he said, "His turn." Shades of Fred Shero, eh?

Here's my story on BOB from Reese's viewpoint on CSNPhilly.com. I can tell you Reese went to great lengths to explain that he thinks this "adversity" BOB is facing will make him a better goalie:
