Nick Boynton told me he could not get here to OTT in time which is why Flyers had to insert Erik Gustafsson in the lineup and then put JVR on loan to Phantoms.

Tomorrow, JVR comes back to the Flyers and Gustafsson goes down to Phantoms. Boynton meets club on MON in Voorhees.

Baptism by fire: Peter Laviolette has Gustafsson with Matt Carle. Should be interesting. Heard so many good things about this kid this season w/Phantoms and he did look very good in pre-season with the Flyers.

Pronger, obviously, out with bruised right hand.
