Surgery updates involving Flyers:

1- Mike Richards - left wrist, torn cartilage; rehab in 4 weeks

2- Andrej Meszaros - right wrist, torn cartilage/ligaments

3- Blair Betts - left pinky finger; rehab 4 weeks

4- Michael Leighton - torn labrum, hip

5- Chris Pronger - surgery THUR in NYC to remove herniated disk

My one comment? How did Meszaros have such a strong shot from the point with his wrist that bad? I don't get it. Also, Richards injury went back to training camp. No one seems to know how it happened or when. Last summer? Last season?
