It appears that in the event of a lockout, the Flyers traditional September rookie camp in Voorhees (usually held a few days ahead of veterans' official reporting date for the start of full camp) will be one of the casualties. However, the Phantoms' scheduled training camp will go on as scheduled.
From Sept. 28 to Oct. 6, new head coach Terry Murray and his AHL team will conduct on-ice practice sessions on the Phantoms rink (the right-hand side rink) at the SkateZone. If there is an NHL lockout, chances are good that numerous Flyers players still on their entry-level contracts -- including Sean Couturier, Brayden Schenn and Erik Gustafsson -- will be participants in the Phantoms' camp.
In the event an NHL lockout is averted by the Sept. 15 deadline, the Flyers' full camp will begin on Sept. 22, with rookie prospects and undrafted invitees such as goaltender Etienne Marcoux officially reporting several days ahead.
Following below is a directory and links to the season schedules of various Flyers prospects. We'll work backwards from the 2012 Draft.
Marcel Noebels (C/W) -- Will attend Phantoms camp, and attempt to play pros. He is also eligible for an overage WHL season with the Portland Winterhawks (WHL)
