Of course I read it on Twitter, but the lawyers have put down their pens and emerged from their room to tell us that the MOU has been signed. The NHL can now officially begin their season. That memorandum of Understanding took almost as long as the 740 member vote.

There are six back-to-back nights and the regular season for the Isles will end on April 26th against Buffalo. Single game tickets will be on sale Monday.
NBC will not be airing ANY of the New York Islander games. Just sayin'.
