Two Quick Hits this morning...
Two teams who have been long rumored to make a deal, The Habs and the Canucks, are reportedly closer than ever with "One piece needed to get healthy for the deal to go down."
I asked a source to clarify, and he would not at this point.
Meanwhile, The Hawks and Isles are rumored to be talking a trade as well. I expect more on this later today, but the deal involves a defenseman coming to the Islanders, who continue to impress early.
