Just a quick note as today continues to slide away.

There is definitely a strong belief brewing that a deal could come as soon as this week. I think it could come sooner than ANYONE expects.

I have been talking to people all morning and the general feeling is exactly that Jay Bouwmeester deals are coming in.

According to one source, "The NY Rangers want in, but are tied up in the Sundin Sweeps. However, a Sundin answer could come as soon as Friday. That will help some of these teams out from a cap control situation since the teams involved in Bouwmeester are also mostly involved in Sundin. No one can take two big tickets"
