Nothing yet new yet on the Heatley deal, only to say that Marleau to Montreal may need to happen first....The Canadiens also like Ehrhoff.

RUMOURS...

*Kessel > Add Buffalo to this race...Definitely on Edmonton and Vancouver's radar. Colorado and Tampa are also possibilities here...I really would not rule out Kessel for Kaberle at all.

*Tanguay> At this point it is a probably a two horse race. Tampa and Phoenix. However, this changes hourly. While Tampa is being reported as being close to a deal, I am hearing that nothing is imminent at this hour...Again, things change.

*Buffalo> The Sabres are interested in Cheechoo.

*Jovonovski> Could he be heading back to Florida?

*The Blues and Sens have interest in Afinogenov.

*The Flyers are looking to free some cap space for a relatively minor signing and may have a deal to send a player to Phoenix or LA on the table.
