Latendresse and Sergei Kostitsyn Out vs. Thrashers |

Guillaume Latendresse and Sergei Kostitsyn have officially been sent a message. Neither player will have the luxury of playing tonight.
After a rather strict policy of usually icing the same lineup after a win, Guy Carbonneau has not only sent a message to his two young wingers, but to the rest of the team as well. After inconsistent efforts throughout November, Carbonneau is doing everything he can to evoke the work ethic needed to win on a nightly basis in the National Hockey League.
As far as the rest of the lineup is concerned, it's been confirmed that Mathieu Dandenault will remain on defense. Matt D'Agostini will remain in the lineup, and the return of Alex Tanguay and Georges Laraque are anticipated.
About the roster limit, the Canadiens are fine with Mike Komisarek on the long-term injury reserve list.
Carey Price will start.
