I went back over to the Dominoes in my local neighborhood and who did I see out back, hanging by the dumpster? You know it! It was none other than my old friend Miss Cleo.

Ooooooooooh Child!





Miss Cleo was kind enough to give me a reading regarding the rest of the Summer, as it pertains to hockey action.

Here's what she told me:

1. PK Subban will sign with the Canadiens for 8 years at $8 million/ year.

The Canadiens know they can't let him go, so this seems like a no-brainer.

2. The Coyotes will trade Keith Yandle.

Keith Yandle will be moved before the season begins, in exchange for the top line forward the Coyotes are desperate (or at least should be) to add to their lineup. I will hate to see Yandle go, but it's time.

3. The Bruins will make some sort of roster move.

It's been quiet in Boston. A little too quiet. The Bruins have a great team, but I - I mean Miss Cleo - believes they will make a move before the end of the summer.

4. Steve Stamkos will be caught at a Blue Jays game wearing a Phil Kessel Jersey, and the internet will break.

Self explanatory.

5. Bruce Springsteen will contact me to tell me that I am his favorite hockey blogger, and that he is writing a new concept album about the Phoenix Coyotes.

Good times.

6. The Leafs will trade Joffrey Lupul for a defenseman.

I like the depth the Leafs have added this summer on forward and though I like Lupul, Miss Cleo thinks the Leafs will seek to trade him in a move to acquire a partner to play with Dion Phaneuf.


7. Paul Bissonnette will resign with the Coyotes.

Left out in the cold all summer, Miss Cleo assures me that Bizz-Nasty will be back in the Red and Green, which is good because it's about time. I mean, the guy's a fan favorite, I don't think he's gonna be the difference between the playoffs or not, so bring him back already.


8. Cody Franson will be traded

Come on Cleo, he was already traded once, are you even trying here?

9. For some reason, Miss Cleo predicts that New Jack Swing will come back into style and that Wreckx-n-Effect will release a new single that will top the charts in late August.

I for one, am looking forward to this. I even hot-pressed my parachute pants right after I heard this prediction.


10. Evander Kane will be traded.

I don't think the Jets want to keep this as a distraction and I believe a deal will get done before the end of the summer, or training camp at the latest. Will Kane come to Arizona? Miss Cleo wouldn't say.
