There are rumours, message posts and interpretations floating around that there is a deal in place for Roberto Luongo.
The rumoured numbers are 10-12 years and a 5.5 million cap hit! Wow. That's long and cheap. Is this another deal where we see a GM bend the rules of the CBA and in the end there is nothing the league can do?
From what I have read and it's no more than any of you can find there is or could be or perhaps will be a press conference tomorrow. Apparently a media outlet in Quebec picked this up first.
If so hooray, we can put this issue to rest and see what else Gillis can do before and during training camp.
