Burns is too old. Are we expecting this to be a one year turn around. I think it's still gonna take a couple years to be where we want.

If 1 year of Burns took you from bottom 5, to say bottom 12, I think the turn around would jump by a lot. Right now breaking the "losing culture " would be huge for everybody from the fans to the players and management.

Not comparing. The Oil have been (frank)ed on the injury front for the last few years. Just pointing out a couple things that have contributed to the Flames woes this year. I personally think neither team should be where they are in the standings.

I don't know what's so complicated about it? They have terrible goaltending, and not a lot of fire power up front minus a couple of guys. Deal from a position of strength to shore up a position of weakness, just like we need to do.
