There's a guy at my gym that intentionally changes every exercise that it's intended for on every machine in the most chaotic way. I've seen him do shat literally more ridiculous than this. Guy is awesome.

I never understood belonging to a gym. Just buy a weight bench, some dumbbells, you are good to go. Last time I went to a gym I got distracted by all the scattered ass.(Yes chief, that was just the guys.)

I think people do it, because they lack the self-discipline to work out on their own. Whereas, if they pay every month to belong to a gym, they go to "get their money's worth." Kind of dumb, I agree...

Yeah, I guess. Only times I ever went was as a friends free guest. The fact that there was an older guy with his balls hanging out trying to talk to us in the locker room wasn't a big selling point either for me.
