Homie, you and I are on in the same boat. Guy has had an awful year save for a few games he played with Eichel.

I can't bring myself to ever say that. I don't care if it came down to whoever lost last season of the game and whoever lost got best chances... I'd still want us to crush them.

I mentioned that I get that there's more population in those places but in terms of fans watching there are more % of Buffalo people watching than those in Washington and especially a non traditional hockey market like LA.

but to think you would get just as much to trade larsson is insane

to think larsson would make just as much money in their next contract is insane


it's a cap era, nothing more, nothing less

if there was no cap, I have no problem letting gus be an overpriced 3rd liner for the next 10 years

The lines on off days don't seem reflect what's on game days. I've learned not to worry about them.

I'd keep Girgensons but to be frank if you ask me right now who I'd rather have as my 3rd line center between Girgensons and Larsson I'd pick Larsson. He at least is very good in his own end. Guy has no offensive ability to save his life but at leas he plays the role of a 3rd line guy. Girgensons can't seem to do anything right this year.
He seems to have lost his speed, his passion and his crazy, devil may care style of play.
Weather that's coaching, injury or something else. I don't know. But I have to tell you it's very painful and sad to watch. Especially for someone who I initially thought would end up being a 2nd line center power forward's poor man's Getzlaf.

That's fair i hadn't heard these rumors about system issues.. i know its new and everyone takes different time to adapt... My personal opinion is that he knew exactly what he was doing last year, and who he was skating with. This year its a crap shoot. Consistency is a big thing for some players

What issues would he have with the system? Dump the puck, set nothing up. Trap game. Stand around in defensive zone. Who wouldnt be happy with that system? I would love to play that brand of hockey.
