It might could be, but this few points? I'm surprised, I was one of those that said he'd get forty and maybe fifty, easily get a point-per-game again. I was wrong.

Moving out that big amount of cap obligation is so tough, because so few teams are a viable fit. The Leafs desperately needed to hit the reset button anyway, so I felt like they did well to cut him loose and get something back.

If he's going to degenerate to a sixty point player, the Leafs dodged a bullet.

My first try, Canucks win, Leafs drop to 4th. That thing spits out some upsetting results. I really have to put myself in the mindset that picking 4th is good. Terrible, terrible things can happen in this draft lotto. A lot of poopbag teams with goof fanbases that don't deserve it are going to be in the mix.
