Snow not being allowed to negotiate with Tavares from the get go says a lot. Ledecky and Malkin were doing the negotiating before Lou was even hired.

I know you were joking but once the season starts that's what you have to work with and weight just didn't make the changes necessary to adapt. Snow also just sat there and watched the team fail too, bottom line they both need to be fired

That's the thing, I don't think he'll be controlling Snow as much as we would like. Since they're not in the playoffs anymore, don't see why the Isles wouldn't interview Julien Brisebois.
I think Mark Hunter will be VP of this team down the road.
