Finally something worth watching for you guys. Aside from Nylander, Hyman looked good too. Next year is going to be a tough one too. But atleast more entertaining. How many years away for Marner you figure? 2017-2018 season?

It would have been great to move out another player or two, but realistically with the injuries to core Leafs they needed some NHLers to play the remaining games, be there to show the kids the ropes, and not stress the Marlies roster out too much during their end of season and playoff run. I think it worked out great, and it could be part of the master plan. Very exciting times. Can't wait for the Draft.
