Dale Weise is reportedly still dealing with immigration issues.
Trump doesn't want him here |

No TVR?
He took a shot in the leg late in the last game. Any problems with that? |

Love these games. Thanks JJ.
Eager to see how Ehrhoff plays with Seabrook. Hopefully we see Weise soon. |

TVR sits?
If Erhoff is here to replace Gus they should send the kid down to Rockford for mins and confidence. Bring him back before the playoffs IMO. |

quote=tredbrta]Schenn and Lecavalier were also sort of his TDL additions. He moved early on them like Sekera last year. I hope the results are the same.
Watched the Sunday Ducks/Kings game. Ducks look really good with that defense healthy. McGinn is an upgrade from Maroon and Rakell and Ritchie look really solid. Perron is still a scumbag but playing hard.
I really hope the Kings and Ducks meet and beat each other to death in the playoffs before the Hawks have to see either.
I'm really looking forward to that series, it'll be a great one, in fact I'll be disappointed if they don't meet in the second round.
I believe Sutter, like Trotz(Holtby) is making a big big mistake playing Doughty, as great as he is, over 28 minutes a night
Watched the game as well |

Shoutout F.I.S.T. my fave under the radar Stallone movie
Can't wait to see what Weezer gives us. Ditto Ehrhoff.

That's a better pic.
Really want to see what Erhoff has left in the tank. Surprised it's Gus over TVR. Is TVR dinged?

That's one thing overlooked this year...even with all the transition and call-ups and injuries, for the most part, the core is going to be rested with the lighter schedule in the second half.
But then again, Sutter and Trotz don't have other options like Q does. |

My that projected Lineup looks pretty nice.
And to think we can add Hossa and Weiss to it shortly and rid ourselves of Manchister.
Really, really liking what Stan brought in at the deadline!!! |

I see it more like a Gusto/Leddy kind of thing especially if Rozy's playing, kid needs minutes. |

Ladd Toews Shaw
Panarin Anisimov Kane
Desjardins Teravainen Fleischmann
Mashinter Rasmussen Panik
Wow. This will look so good when Hoss, Krugs and Weise are added in, wiping out the 4th line.
A forward group that can't find a spot for Panik or Rasmussen is STRONG! |

Actually, also add Kruger (at some point) along with Hossa and Weise to that lineup. Nice. |

Yes, Forgot Kruger for a second. Sweet.
Ladd-Toews-Hossa
Panarin-Anisimov- Kane
Weiss-Terravainen-Shaw
Desjardin-Kruger-Fleishman
Or some "Q" variation of that......holy smokes Batman!!!!!!

Looks like Ehrhoff makes his Hawks debut tonight. D-pairings at practice were:
2-4
Ehrhoff-7
52-32
Looks like TvR gets a day off. |

The key for tonight's game will be watching Christian Erhoff's game. It may take him some time to adjust, but Q's style of play, especially for DMen, fits Erhoff like a hand to glove. He should do well in CHI, which was where he wanted to sign this summer.
Soon Weiss and Hoss will be back, and at that point, they may choose to keep Rasmussen centring the 4th line, but that would mean Panik wouldn't dress. This will put a lot of "good" pressure on the Moose to continue his solid play because Q has a lot of ways he can lineup that bottom six. Panik, IMO, is too good to keep out of the lineup, but we will see...good "problems" to have for the Hawks.
Also, when Hoss returns to the "1st line" with Toews and Ladd, it should coincide with another productive run for the Kane line. |

wonder how they will handle krugs....
full recovery from wrist surgery like he had can take longer than 4 months
may be less of an issue for him because he is not a puck handler or shooter; but faceoffs thats another issue
playoff ready after missing almost the whole season?? thats tough

I read a post game thread for the Jets specifically looking for fan reaction regarding the pay of Dano.
Comments included 'invisible", "conservative", "not impressed". The fans also noted his performance in Columbus late last year and expectations for the same in the near future for them.
All of this sounds very familiar. |
