Hey all, it’s Eklund….
Many of you have been contacting me and saying we need more Habs content, and I couldn’t agree more! Huhgo is kind of our weekly columnist, but we really need a day-to-day beat writer…. The last two people we had here, Eric Engels and Karine Haines, both got their start here, and now I moved on to Sportsbet and The Hockey News, and we couldn’t be prouder of, and happier for, each of them.
So we are going to do what we have done to find unknown writers in the past…. Have a contest and leave it up to this incredible community to weigh in on their favorites..

I feel like the next great Canadian writer could already be giving opinions on this website… Many good comments….
What I look for is unique voices that can bring great perspectives to what’s happening with the team…
