Judge Buam today approved the sale of the Phoenix Coyotes to the NHL. No drama in the courtroom today. Judge Baum asked some questions for clarification of the NHL bid, he also wanted to find out when the NHL could close. Once his questions were answered and some minor wording changes were made to the bid he approved the sale.
