The Philadelphia Flyers (3-2-0) are in Boston on Tuesday to take on the Boston Bruins. Game time at TD Garden is 7:00 p.m. EDT. The game will streamed (service area only) on PhiladelphiaFlyers.com. The radio broadcast is on 97.5 The Fanatic with an online simulcast on Flyers Radio 24/7.

During the regular season, teams never travel on the day of a game. That's often not the case during training camp even with longer distance road game venues such the one in Montreal last Monday, Today, the Flyers will hold a 10:00 a.m. morning skate at the FTC in Voorhees before the game roster group travels to Boston. The non-game group will practice on the Phantoms rink and stay behind when those who are playing or coaching depart for their flight.

The game roster will be announced by the Flyers around the time of the morning skate, and line combinations will be posted to the blog afterward. Look for more NHL roster regulars in Tuesday's lineup after the Flyers sent a bare bones lineup to Elmont in Monday's game against the Islanders.

Jett Luchanko, the Flyers' 2024 first-round pick, is likely to start at least one of the two final exhibition games. With neither Morgan Frost nor Owen Tippett having played on Saturday or Monday, odds are good that the regular linemates will dress for this game in Boston. Other players who did not take the trip to Elmont on Monday included Travis Konecny, Sean Couturier, Matvei Michkkov, Tyson Foerster, Garnet Hathaway (his wife gave birth to the family's newest addition, so Nicolas Deslauriers subbed in the game lineup against the Islanders), Cam York, Travis Sanheim, Jamie Drysdale, Nick Seeler, or Samuel Ersson. Thursday's home preseason finale against the Devils is likely to see a nearly full NHL roster as a final dress rehearsal for the regular season opener.

Additionally, look for Flyers head coach John Tortorella to return behind the bench as the preseason games draw near their conclusion. In each of the first five preseason games to date, one of Lehigh Valley Phantoms head coach or Flyers assistant coaches Brad Shaw, Rocky Thompson or Darryl Williams has run the bench.
