Sorry for the second post, but I wanted to do something for the Leafs GM to realize that not only are the people on the inside of the NHL acknowledging the contributions John Ferguson Sr. made to the NHL, but that the fans also realize the effect that this has had on the Ferguson family.

Please post your thoughts, and well wishes to the Ferguson family in this blog's comments and I will gather them up and send them off to the Maple Leafs.

I will disregard any negative comments.

NOTE There isn't word on Ferguson Sr. and until the inevitable happens, please just convey positive, heartfelt thoughts. Condolences are not required.
