There is a lot being made of the top tier RFAs and this will always be the case...However, talking to a source I trust this morning, he said that there are two VERY solid players out there who could be the most likely to get offer sheets in the next few weeks...
Kyle Connor of Winnipeg, and Philadelphia's Travis Konecny...Both are stud top six players and both are sitting behind higher profile RFAs on their respected teams.. Until Laine and Provorov are inked the Jets and Flyers truly don't know how much they can spend on Connor and Konecny and they need to work harder to get a deal done...follow more in the Tampa model, who is getting their other business in line....
And yet...neither team seems to have any inkling of what to do with Connor and Konecny...It is assumed they would natch any offer, but how could they if the offer is really high?
What's the Buzz?
Who do you think would be interested and how high would you go to sign either Connor or Konecny?
