best goalie was Jakub Kovar (Avtomobilist), who won two of three games last week. The Ural franchise’s netminder stopped pucks with a 95.58% saves percentage, facing 113 shots, including 44 in the 2-1 home win over CSKA. Kovar posted a goals-against average of 1.63 and a shutout series lasting 63 minutes and 44 seconds.

The best defenseman was Roman Rukavishnikov (Ak Bars), who won all three road games with his team last week, scoring 3 (1+2) points. The Kazan blueliner posted no negative ratings, ending the week being plus-3. He also had five shots on goal and blocked three shots from the opposition.

The best forward was Nikita Soshnikov (Salavat Yulaev), who scored 5 (3+2) points in four games ending the week being plus-3. The Salavat Yulaev’s forward scored goals in three of four matches, including netting the game-winner against Kunlun Red Star. Soshnikov also recorded four hits and blocked two shots from the opposition.

The best rookie was forward Artyom Galimov (Ak Bars), who won all three road games with his team last week, scoring 4 (2+2) points. In the game against Barys, the 20-years-old forward posted his first double in the KHL (including the game-winning goal). Galimov posted no negative ratings, ending the week being plus-1. He logged an average time on ice of 12 minutes and 13 seconds, blocking six shots from the opposition and recording three hits.
