Timur Bilyalov isn't the biggest fella but the interest he's gathered around him is huge.

After spending some time in Riga the 24-year-old goalie returned home to play in Kazan - the organization that developed him. What a spectacular return it has been. He's appeard in 21 games so far this season averaging 1.16 GAA with SVS% of .953

A source suggested to hockeybuzz that the player has turned down a multi-year deal with AkBars team and is making the jump to North America next season.

It's no secret that the Toronto Maple Leafs are interested in the Russian goaltender but they are not the only ones.
