The San Jose Sharks announced yesterday that they’ve loaned six players to teams in European teams. The list is as follows:

F- JONATHAN DAHLEN (Loaned to Timra, Allsvenskan)- will be back with the same team he was loaned to last season, where he scored a ridiculous 36 goals and 77 points in 51 games, playing in Sweden’s second-best professional league.

F- FREDERIK HANDEMARK (Loaned to Malmo, SHL)- was one of San Jose’s signees from Europe a few months ago and could have a shot to crack the Sharks’ lineup as a depth forward.

F- KRYSTOF HRABIK (Loaned to Bílí Tygři Liberec, Czech Extraliga)- signed with the San Jose Barracuda, will be moving on from the WHL, where he spent the last two seasons with the Tri-City Americans.

F- TIMUR IBRAGIMOV (Loaned to TPS, Liiga)- was a sixth-round pick in 2019, who signed with the Sharks in May after a decent year playing in Russia.

G- JOSEF KORENAR (Loaned to HC Oceláři Třinec, Czech Extraliga)- is still just 22 years old but will need to bounce back after a bit of a disappointing season in the AHL with the Barracuda.

F- EVAN WEINGER (Loaned to TPS, Liiga)- will play on the same team with Ibragimov in Finland. He’s managed a total of 20 goals and 42 points in 108 AHL games over the last two seasons.
