We will have to wait a bit on Marco Rossi as he is out with an upper body injury. We do not know how long this will keep him on the sideline.
Rossi can play up to six games before the Wild would have to make a decision on burning the first tear of his ELC or send him back to Austria to continue his maturation process in his homeland.
The initial expectation is that Rossi only get those six games, but that of course could change if he were to hit the ground running and play his way into the Wild top six. With the young talent the Wild have on the roster that will need extensions, prolonging the Rossi decision becomes a big part of the equation.
