Adrian Kempe is expected to take on a larger role for the Los Angeles Kings tonight, when they face the Colorado Avalanche. Kempe is likely to play on the Kings’ top line alongside Anze Kopitar and Alex Iafallo, according to Zach Dooley of LA Kings Insider.

Kempe is credited with one goal and eight shots in the Kings’ first three games of the year.

The line of Andreas Athanasiou, Blake Lizotte and Jeff Carter is expected to stay together, while Dustin Brown could be playing with Lias Andersson and Gabriel Vilardi, according to Dooley.
