On Barclay Goodrow...
Strong indications that Tampa will not be able to get close on a new contract, and this could leave rivals, Boston and Toronto, to big on the valuable 3rd/4th liner...With Zach Hyman poised to go to market, there is a feeling that Toronto could see Goodrow as a suitable replacement...
On Ryan Suter...
There are plenty of teams with interest and Suter will have no issue finding a new home after being bought out, and it is expected that Suter will want a chance to win. The Flyers are very interested. Suter is pretty much the perfect replacement for Niskanen....but they won't be alone...as one source put it, "Pretty mich everybody is in on Suter..." I would look to the Penguins, Carolina, Toronto, Florida..and even NJ.
On Parise...
Lou Lamoriello has tried twice to get Parise to the Island, and now that there won't be a cap issue and Parise will want to live in the Metro area and play for a contender it is almost impossible to imagine this not getting done..
Montreal/Boston/Vegas/ LA with interest in Palmieri.
Kyle Palmieri was a great fit on the Island playing Anders Lee's understudy... NJ would love him back, I get the sense he made himself very valuable...Montreal is the team I keep hearing, but Vegas may be the sleeper to look out for here...
