Ola amigos and amigas! Another weekend in the books and another challenge ahead that is NOT the work week! It’s the latest “Who Am I…?”!
The job ahead of you?: Use the five clues below about a hockey relevant individual and figure out who the hell they are! They could be a player, a coach, or some other random (e.g., celebrity, media type, athlete) connected to the game SOMEHOW. But please: It’s not enough to just identify them. You’ve got to back that answer up! Show your work! Educate the rest of us! Enter complete responses in the comments (person and how they fit) and we’ll see how long it takes to identify our mystery person! Here we go with #59 ….
1. I have only played for NHL teams outside of my country of birth.
2. I have been traded for draft picks, the highest of which was in the same round I was drafted.
3. I have played for my nation multiple times internationally, winning a medal on one occasion (my worst of my appearances offensively).
4. I have a family member who also played professional sports.
5. I was involved in a trade that resulted in my former team obtaining another individual who has a family member who is a professional athlete.
