The Anaheim Ducks announced today that they’ve placed general manager Bob Murray on administrative leave.

In a statement, the Ducks noted they "recently became aware of accusations of improper professional conduct” regarding Murray. There is an ongoing investigation and Murray is on leave following recommendation from the initial findings.

Assistant general manager Jeff Solomon will take over as the team’s interim general manager.
