Bob Murray resigns as Ducks' general manager

The Anaheim Ducks announced last night that Bob Murray has resigned as the team's general manager and executive vice president.


Murray had been the team’s general manager since 2008. He was placed on administrative leave on Tuesday based on recommendations from initial findings of an investigation into improper professional conduct.

Murray will enter an alcohol abuse program and released the following statement:
