TB Lightning played with 4 D last night and still won, the last time a team dressed 4 D was in 1947! The Sens screwed us last night, total domination over the Sabres but couldn't finish. We hit a few dogs in Vancouver and Calgary, plus the easy Dallas over! Overs were 5-2-1 but 1st period overs were only 4-4. Road teams and dogs ruled the night with dogs hitting at 5-3 and road teams going 6-2, I can't remember the last time that happened in the NHL, maybe way back in October!
Only a 3 game card tonight. Analysis below.
AZ/NJ - The Devils have been off for almost a week and are finally getting healthy. The Yotes are the opposite, covid protocol and injury list is lengthy! AZ is awful on the road and start 4 in 6 on the road. Lean to NJ -208 or PL. Slight lean to the under 6 too.
TOR/NYR - NYR 4 straight unders and they have won 7 of 10 games since the break. They haven't played since Saturday and are very rested. Great home with the NYR too! This will be the Leafs 5th straight road game too. Great spot for the Rangers here +140 at home.
COL/ANA - The Ducks have been off since Saturday and need the rest considering the injuries and covid issues. The Ducks are very good at home vs. an Avs team that is very average on the road, with LA on deck tomorrow night too. Love the dog here +206!
Playing tonight - back later with evening plays once the starting goalies are confirmed.
