The Columbus Blue Jackets continue their roll in February with a 7-3 statement against the Sabres in their home building. Boone Jenner’s tying goal would be the first of 4 unanswered Columbus goals over the next 20 minutes and 19 seconds. The captain’s deflection was his 21st of the year; Jakub Voracek and Patty Laine had the assists. Jean-Francois Berube was the star that shined through his first game back in the NHL, having a 0.917 save percentage against the retooling Sabers.

Craig Anderson stopped 32 of 38 for a 0.842 save percentage.
