The Anaheim Ducks announced today that they’ve hired Rob DiMaio as an assistant general manager.
DiMaio has spent the last 14 seasons with the St. Louis Blues, with the last seven of those spent as the organization’s Director of Player Personnel. He was with the Blues for their Stanley Cup win in 2019 and also played 894 career NHL games himself, spending time with the New York Islanders, Tampa Bay Lightning, Philadelphia Flyers, Boston Bruins, New York Rangers, Carolina Hurricanes and Dallas Stars.
DiMaio will serve under Pat Verbeek, who was announced as the team’s general manager in February and will also take over as the general manager of the AHL’s San Diego Gulls.
