If you live in or around Montreal and you’re a Canadiens’ fan and collector, I’ve got a suggestion on how you could spend this upcoming Saturday. Once again, Repentigny store owner Tek Cheer is bringing a former Canadiens’ player to TW Prestige (formerly TW Memorabilia) for a public signing session. This time around, it’s none other than Captain Kirk, Kirk Mueller who will be on hand to sign autographs from 13:00 on Saturday afternoon. If you want to meet the former Habs and Associate coach, head over to 439 Boulevard Lacombe, Repentigny. I’ve been to quite a few of those signing session, and I’d advise to arrive early as the queue can get quite long.
If everything goes according to plan, I’ll get to sit down for a short interview with Muller and I’ve already got quite a few questions on tap, but if there’s anything you’d like to ask him, let me know and you may get your answer in an upcoming blog this weekend.
For those who collect items from the 1993 Cup Champions Habs, it’s also worth noting that Chher has also got a signing session scheduled with Eric Desjardins in September. This one will be private but it’s possible to bring in your items and left them with the TW Prestige team for the signing. As we get near to the 30th anniversary of the last Montreal Cup conquest, Cheer says that Muller’s signing is the first of 15 signing sessions he’ll hold to commemorate the event. Si vous vivez à ou autour de Montréal, que vous êtes un collectionneur et un fan du Tricolore, j’ai une suggestion d’activité pour meubler votre prochain samedi. Une fois de plus, le propriétaire de TW Prestige (anciennement TW Memorabilia) Tek Chher amène un ancien joueur des Canadiens de Montréal pour une séance de signature publique. Cette fois, c’est nul autre que Capitaine Kirk, Kirk Muller qui sera sur place pour signer des autographes à partir de 13 :00 ce samedi après-midi. Si vous voulez rencontrer l’ancien joueur et entraîneur associé du CH, dirigez-vous vers le 439 Boulevard Lacombe à Repentigny. Je suis allée à plusieurs de ces séances et je vous conseille d’arriver tôt, la file a tendance à être longue.
Si tout se passe comme prévu, j’aurai la chance de m’entretenir avec Muller pour une courte entrevue. J’ai bien sûr déjà beaucoup de question à lui poser, mais s’il y a une question que vous aimeriez lui poser, faites-moi savoir et peut-être que vous aurez la réponse à votre question dans un blogue future.
Pour ceux qui collectionnent les items commémorant la dernière conquête de la Coupe Stanley en 1993, ça vaut la peine de noter que Cheer a également une séance privée de prévue avec Éric Desjardins en septembre. Même si le public n’y sera pas admis, vous pouvez laisser vos items au personnel de TW Prestige. Alors que le 30e anniversaire du 24e championnat approche, Chher dit que la séance de Muller est la première d’une série de 15 pour commémorer l’évènement.
