Chicago Blackhawks opening up training camp with a roster of 63 players. Lot of unknown players with the rebuild in full swing but it is a good opportunity to get a look at some of the younger guys who could be a factor in a few years. Just like last weekends prospect tournament the NCAA players will not be in attendance.

The biggest story line going into training camp now is who will step up and take Jake McCabes spot as he recovers from spinal surgery. A few names to keep an eye out for that include Vlasic, Roos, Beaudin, Mitchell, and Regula.

As it has been highly discussed already, keep an eye on Reichel. Will he do enough to earn his spot on this team opening night or will he start the season with Rockford?
